Earliest Flight out of FLL

We are sailing on the Liberty of the Seas into FLL. Can we make a 11:10 flight? I've read some reviews about debarkation being a problem with this ship. Would love to leave then rather than wait around for a 7:30 flight though.

You will most likely make it. But if you are getting word there is a problem, why risk it? Why stress over making an early flight. Cheaper, right? What is the cost if you miss the flight?

The later one is actually cheaper. Just would rather not have to find something to do with 3 kids and grandparents all day and the kids have to go back to school the next day. But would rather make it than worry about not making it.

For an 11:10 flight you need to be at FLL by 9:40 (9:15 or earlier would be better). If you can carry all of your luggage (with kids and grandparents? :confused:) you should make it - but there's a risk only you can decide is worth while. You should explore after noon flights from either PBI or MIA (or even MCO - it's only a 3.5 hour drive) instead of waiting until 7:30 PM at FLL.

That's what I'm doing now. We are actually flying down to MCO and spending a couple nights at Disney first and renting a car to drive to FLL.

MIA is about 45 minutes south, and PBI is about an hour+ north. Good luck! :)

Thanks, hadn't even thought about PBI, found good times, overall about $300 more but the better times may be worth it. Especially the next morning when I dragging the boys out of bed.

The last time we came into FLL, we drove to PBI- nice airport, close to I95, no cruise ships
