How much is the soda package on a 16 day TA?

For an adult, it's $6 per day plus a 15% gratuity. That comes to $110.40. The rates are slightly in flux, though, so it might be slightly higher (at $6.50/day).

 

Children are $4/day, also plus 15% gratuity. That comes to $73.60. (The rate for children seems to be going up to $4.50/day.)

It used to be $6.00 a day plus 15% tip. Celebrity charged $7.00 a day in December but gave out full cans, don't know if RCI will follow up.

 

The soda package is great on a TA if you like to chug, lots of seadays lazing around the ship.

Is the price for sparkling bottled water package the same as for the soda package? Is it unlimited?

The beverage packages are unlimited. For sparkling water, you'll need the Royal Replenish package at $20/day. This package includes sodas too. Or you can buy one drink at a time.

Not exactly sure what you mean. There is a "soda only" (called Refreshment) package for $6.50 per day and there is also a Replenish package that includes soda and sparking water (among other things) for $20 per day.
