Just your SetSail (boarding) pass, which is completed and printed on Royal's website in the Online Check-in section.

You will need your ID....either BC and DL or a passport and the setsail pass....all the other "docs" are simply informational....read them, but don't print them!

Yup, the Set Sail Pass is all you need to fill ahead of time. Bring that, your (proper) ID and your credit card (for your on board account) to the pier. Once there, they will give you the recent health history form to fill out while you are in line.
