% third seating on ryndam??

we just booked the nov 25th cruise and are assigned "third seating"....anyone know when that is? i thought there was early and late seating....never heard of third.

Well, that's a new one.

I think it probably means lower level, flexible dining but have never heard it called 3rd seating.

Where did the "3rd seating" information come from? HAL or your TA?

it's on the confirmation i got from TA.....as follows

 

Dining: Third Seating - Confirmed

Table Size: Small Table (2-4)

Just tried a booking for this sailing ... when I got to the dining choice, the options were Open, Early Fixed, Main (late) Fixed. Since Main/late is the third option, perhaps that's what the T/A meant. I would call the T/A and ask exactly what time third seating is ... since it isn't a familiar term here.

I've got nearly 200 days with HAL and I've never heard of it either. Your suggestion of contacting the TA is the right one.

That makes some sort of sense..... the TA wasn't particularly clear but your logic works. :D
