On the airplane home last December, we picked up the travel section of our local newspaper and started planning our next cruise. In May, we board the Maasdam for a Montreal departure (Bonjour tout le monde!) and we ain't done yet.

Too long. Disembarked the Zuiderdam, April 16th, 13 days ago. I live in Fort Lauderdale now, but having lived in New York City most of my life, it has always been my dream to sail out of New York Harbor. I've already begun researching for fall or winter, 2005. Perhaps, my dream will become a reality.

Best,

As always,

Bruce

If I ever win the lottery, I think a cruise every 3 to 4 months would do!!;)

Jim and BillS- Bon Voyage to both of you and your DW's !!!!

It's definately time for a cruise for both of you!!:D

My last cruise was in March, next in July.....

We disembarked from the QM2 on March 17, just a mere month and change ago, but it feels like six months. I find myself walking the dog and thinking back to the odd tender trip into the tropics and it all seems like a far away dream.

But, my girlfriend and I are joyfully looking forward to our next sea venture on January 3, 2006 back aboard QM2 to Panama and the Caribbean.

Voted "one week" - was just dragged kicking and screaming off ms Oosterdam yesterday, and spent part of last night pondering the sound of a "cricket" outside my home. Seemed very, very odd after hearing sea-related sounds for a week! :p

My DW and I took our two 16 y/o granddaughters on the Celebrity Galaxy for a 11 day cruise R/T from Baltimore in June 2003. The girls had the cabin next to us.

Immediately after inspecting our cabin we started a tour of the ship. When we reached the pool both of the girls were there in their bikinis and with two boys in tow. Sometimes I forget how it was to be young, but then I didn't have grandparents to take me on cruise. Of course, when I was 16 it was 1945 and there wasn't much cruising going on, except in the Navy. :D

Wow, Sprocket! Welcome home! Hope you had a great time. :p

We returned on Saturday from our first cruise (Oosterdam), and now I understand what people mean when they refer to 'post cruise depression.' :D

The airport itself was a painful contrast.

I just got back from a SO Carib trip on Constellation (Celebrity) but got a flyer for Holland America (Rotterdam) for the Mediterranean in mid summer. Very tempting. I wish the air part of a trip was easier.
