The gym on Emerald

This is a weird question..lol

 

When I was on Celebrity Century last year I LOVED being on a treadmill on the 12 floor looking over the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. It felt like I was running over water.

 

Is the gym on the Emerald that nice? Can I work out over the ocean :)

On the treadmills or any of the aerobic machines you are looking out over the water on Deck 16 - but there is a walkway and railing outisde the windows.

While you'll have a great view of the Ocean, there is a walkway right outside the window.

The walkway should in no way interfere with your viewing of the ocean. It is also somewhat humorous to watch the people walking around the walkway on the front of the ship. It is quite windy up there and I am not sure who is actually getting the better workout, the people on the treadmills or the people on the walkway.
