Westerdam vs Oosterdam

Recommended Posts

Good morning,

I've sailed on both and can't really think of any differences. They are "sister ships" if I remember correctly and hold the same number of passengers - about 1900. Our first cruise was on the Oosterdam and we've been on the Westerdam twice with the latest being last year. The departure date was the reason for the Westerdam twice - nothing to do with the Oosterdam or it's staff.

Since we live north of Seattle it's great having our cruise leave from there! I'd cruise on either in a heartbeat.

Been on the Ooesterdam and enjoyed the ship. Aside from itinerary one thing to take into account is the Westerdam is the reigning champion of the horns when she leaves Port Everglades:):):) I would think a ship with that kind of enthusiasm would carry it throughout - but what do I know:confused:
