Club Royale survey about program offerings

I recently received a survey about Club Royale to get feedback about potential changes they could make to their program.

In addition to describing the rewards one could get on the current and future cruise in chips/slot play/match play, it also described a series of onboard benefits that one could receive based on the number of points they've earned (over the past year or two, I think) including things like discounts on internet service, complimentary drink vouchers, priority access to services like entertainment, shore excursions, and check-in, complimentary dinner for two at a specialty restaurant, and so on. It looks as though they are considering offering perks comparable to higher Crown & Anchor status based on one's history in the casino.

In my mind, this sounds like a better deal, to get more recognition for Club Royale members. Although they supposedly had some things like this on the Allure of the Seas once I got my "Club Royale" sticker on my SeaPass, the Freedom of the Seas didn't have any recognition outside of the casino.

I've read that NCL's Casinos At Sea program seems to be more comprehensive than Royal Caribbean's Club Royale, so I'd look forward to changes like this.

Of course, it was just a survey and that doesn't mean that it'll become a reality, but I can hope it would.

Thanks for info - they are definitely weak in that area. If I can play thousands of dollars for 12 days straight and they don;t even know who I am, they have a problem:) Looking forward to them fixing this!

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO LOVINCRUIZIN: Got back from Bermuda. Had a decent time on the cruise. Played in the Casino a lot although they did not have a craps table. You should be heading out to Las Vegas soon I would think? Have a good time.

Please tell me this was not on the Explorer. I'll be traveling in a couple of weeks and was looking forward to craps.

While I am not a craps player, I believe the Explorer has one.

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO LOVINCRUIZIN: Yes, I did have some good luck in the Casino. Although it did not have a craps table I did play Video Poker and Three-Card-Poker. Came out ahead.
