MR NW GUY Posted June 10, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted June 10, 2012 Any chance you can decode the information? What indicates a tender? I am guessing a bit here... But if your ship is on the list, then you will be docked. AS = Alaska Steam Ship Dock FKL = South Franklin Street Dock CT = Cruise Ship Terminal AJD = A. J. Dock Here is a nice link to a Juneau map. Be sure to click on the map as it will zoom in and be able to move around. http://www.traveljuneau.com/downloads/map_downtown_big.jpg

anthk333 Posted June 10, 2012 #5 Share Posted June 10, 2012 AMP = Tender. The Infinity tenders on most visits this season.
MR NW GUY Posted June 10, 2012 Author #6 Share Posted June 10, 2012 AMP = Tender. The Infinity tenders on most visits this season. For those that have to tender, I think would perfer to tender than being stuck out on AJ Dock. At least on the tender you get a nice boat ride and you are dropped off right near the Tram and some shopping. Anthk333 - So how do you translate AMP to tender? I belive you, but I just can't make the connection.

Krazy Kruizers Posted June 10, 2012 #9 Share Posted June 10, 2012 A few years ago we were on the Ryndam and were scheduled to dock within walking distance of the Red Dog Saloon. When we arrived -- we tendered.

Rare ttnc4me Posted July 12, 2012 #16 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Thanks for the schedule. Is Juneau the only port where tendering is an option. Or, is there a list like this for other ports?
