buffi001 Posted August 18, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2012 I'm assuming that you don't have to use the mug for refills at venues other than the self serve machines (bars, theater, casino) Is this correct?

Your Sea Pass will have a sticker on it indicating that you have paid for the soda package. Just show your Sea Pass tot he bar tender.
middvillmom Posted August 18, 2012 #6 Share Posted August 18, 2012 Can anyone tell me how much the soda package is for a teenager ? Also, is it just a wine package or does RCI have a beer package as well? If you know the price of either of these as well. Thanks.

If you know the price of either of these as well. Thanks. The soda package cost is $4.50 per day plus 15% gratuity for children under 18. Ships leaving from US ports only have a wine package. A few ships leaving from European ports have an alcohol package available that includes beer, but that package has not made it to the US yet. FTLCruiseGal Posted August 19, 2012 #8 Share Posted August 19, 2012 Does anyone have a picture of the self service soda machines and how do they work? Do all the ships have them? I do not have a picture of one of them (they have them at Pei Wei restaurants), nor do I know which ships have them. There is an RFID chip in the bottom of your cup. You put your cup under the spout, choose which soda you want, and fill 'er up.

I was just at a Pei Wei tonight and sure enough, there was a Freestyle Coke machine. I was going to take a picture, but decided not to. Everyone who described these in that other CC thread was right - people stand there in front of the &$%#@^* thing FOREVER, making up their minds. pennys mum Posted August 19, 2012 #12 Share Posted August 19, 2012 Does anyone have a picture of the self service soda machines and how do they work? Do all the ships have them? On the Navigator last month it was just like the one you see in McDonalds. No chip or anything. Saw some people fill up with glasses from WJ and nothing said.
