My medications, Ambesol in case of a dental adventure, and a battery operated candle so I can find the bathroom at night without turning on the lights.:)

o.k., I'm a crazy planner... so all the documentation I need about what I've planned, phone numbers, excursion info, etc.... passport, credit card(s), power strip, cash, loaded up kindle (some documentation can be downloaded to it also). Then... meds, prescription and a wide selection of over the counter for any occasion.

 

Can't think of much else.

Be sure to verify flights and hotel reservations and to contact credit card/atm companies to go over your itinerary so they know you are traveling.
