Upgrade question

Sorry, we haven't cruised for awhile and after reading stories about disappointing upgrades I want to stay where we are at. Is there a somewhere on My Princess where you can state this or do you need to call princess and tell them directly.

If you booked with Princess, then call Princess.

 

If you used a Travel Agent, you need to call the TA.

You cannot do this online yourself. Depending on how you booked your cabin, you must call either your TA or Princess.

 

Please note that there are now three choices for upgrade status: no upgrade, any upgrade, and upgrade to next category only. For example, the last choice means that you would accept an upgrade from a balcony to a mini suite, but you would not accept an upgrade from a balcony BB to a balcony BA.

Sorry, you cannot set it yourself. If you booked thru a TA call them, otherwise call Princess.
