Look at these two photos and compare the horizon with the railing. There was a lot of rise and fall in the Windjammer up on the bow this morning. Lots of people were staggering around.

I was able to assist one lady who almost took a nose dive into my Grits.

A little more information on the Peace Boat. I recognized the shape and 'look', and after a quick google search confirmed what I suspected...the ship once sailed in Carnival's fleet as the Tropicale, the very first cruise ship I sailed on back in 1985. Edited October 26, 2012 by msmayor

We are approaching the port a bit early to take advantage of "slack water" and hopefully will not need two tugs to push us up against the dock as we did on the first leg.


The ship's IT Systems are working fine and I have my photos from yesterday uploaded.

Another great lunch in the Windjammer yesterday.

There is a "raised area" in the center of the Windjammer where they always have somthing "special." Yesterday it was sauerkraut and 6 kinds of sausages.
