Which is best for diving?

I wouldn't miss Curacao -- I've read/heard its great next to Bonaire or Cozumel. We're going to Curacao in 2 wks. I've heard Aruba isn't that great, but we're going to dive a wreck dive there anyway, the german Antilla. DH thinks wrecks are cool and its a great intro drive to get us ready for Curacao the next day.

When are you going -- I'll report back when we return.

Yeah I posted on the Scuba/snorkeling board as well. I've heard good things about Curacao on that board;). We don't leave until February, but I like to book him independently so he doesn't have 69 million people on the same dive:p. Thanks for the input!

We're using Curious2Dive, Hans, picks you up at the port and takes you to the reefs for $95, inclusive of equipment. Hans has good reviews and has been very responsive via email.

Everyone on CC seems to prefer DiveBus, but they only offered 1 dive for $70 and it didn't include equipment or the ride (cab $25). Plus they had a no cancel fee if your ship doesn't port...

I really wanted to dive Mushroom Forest & blue room, but it is on the far western part of the island and they said I'd need all day to get there and back. Don't understand why I couldn't find a fast boat.

WOW! Thanks for all that great info - I'll look into that. DH likes small groups. Last time around he actually was on a private trip that included staff from the ship we were on and the other RCCL ship that ported with us that morning - good way to make sure he was back on board in time:p
