Very mini review of 10/21 Allure

This was my first time on the Allure but my last cruise was the NCL Epic so I was prepared for the size of the ship. I found the ship overwhelming (in a good way) for the most part. I enjoyed the new menu but very much disliked the Windjammer (and try finding a seat there). I didn't run into any crowds around the zipline, rock climbing or flowrider. Nice cruise.

Which ship did you like the most?

Yes, could you pls compare a little bit more b/c I'm thinking about the "Breakaway" or "Getaway" and would appreciate which ship and why you like better? What stateroom did you have, how did the shows compare, etc. Thanks

Food was better on the Allure in the dining room. I didn't use any specialty restaurants but when on the Epic I figure that into the budget as the dining room is so poor. The Blue Man Group was on the Epic but the Allure had Beatlemania for its Headliner show and Chicago. Going to give the edge to the Allure I guess.

Should have added that I had an inside cabin on the Allure and balcony on Epic. Of course I'd much rather have the balcony, but the price of one on the Allure was just too high. Some people don't like the bathroom set-up on the Epic but I actually didn't have a problem with it, but I'm fairly easy going. Just put me on a ship and I'm fine :)

We sailed on the NCL Epic earlier this year and will be on Allure over Thanksgiving. I am anxious to see how they compare.
