Recommend Danube Cruise

I just got the green light from Dear Husband to book a Danube River Cruise this summer in late June. I don't know how to go about getting the best value/best match for our interests. Can you help guide us. We are 55 and 58, so a little bit younger than many cruisers. We want to do a lot of walking. We want to listen to classical music. We want history lectures. Neither of us drink, so we are not interested in liquor packages. I want CASTLES, CASTLES, CASTLES and of course, friendly fellow passengers. We also want a small balcony in our cabin. We will do a 7 or 8 day itin with maybe an extension on either end. Does this bring a particular cruise line or itinerary to mind? We have both traveled extensively (in fact we both worked on Caribbean cruise ships) so we are pretty low maintenance. Can't wait to get started.
