Many, but not all, insurers include "quarantine" under their covered reasons for trip cancellation and trip interruption. If the plan you're looking includes this coverage then you need to contact them with this question. I know of several cruisers who have had this exact situation happen to them and who were reimbursed for the value of the days they were confined to their cabin. But that's anecdotal only and shouldn't be relied on as to what YOUR insurer would do in similar cases.
