Crown and Anchor teams up with M Life is official!

Recommended Posts

Mlife has made a database available to Royal Caribbean.

Tom

I called the number provided which was a Club Royale/RCCL and was told that if I receive Crown and Anchor benefits, the MLife benefits could not be added to my reservation -- "no double dipping".

Greetings from Bellagio (M-life property) in Las Vegas. We are here for DH birthday.

I came armed and ready with everything I had to have us connected with M-life and RC new partnership. So as of today we are Platiumn members with M -life.

It wasn't easy.....seems not all employees know what to do, it took a little coaching and the supervisor to confirm it. I was not going to give up.

They are having major IT problems today, so tomorrow I will go back to the players club desk to verify it. ;)

TY Tom, I will pass along the birthday greetings!

The IT problems is mainly with the slots and trying to cash out, lucky if you get a ticket, otherwise you have to wait for a slot person to hand pay....they are going crazy. The ticket redemption machines are also out of order, making very long lines at the casino cashiers. Because of this we have given up for the day.....we would of gone to another casino, but it's too windy for me and my allergies to be outside. we are off to dinner and a show.

The conservatory is Chinese New Year. As always the display is incredible.

I'm currently D+ on Royal, any mLife benefits for Atlantic City?

Lou

The mlife or MGM site lists all their casino/hotels. None in A/C, so, no.

They are in Vegas, Detroit, Tunica and Biloxi.

Yep - they used to have an interest in Borgota, but the business relationship that MGM had with Pansy Ho raised flags in NJ thanks to her father's ties to organized crime. I think MGM was given the option of severing those ties (having to do with Macau) or giving up its interest in Borgota.

After doing some research, just came up with:

THIS article where it appears that may be changing.

In all our visits there, we have never experienced that.

MGM/Mlife regulars will share some real stories with you. In general, and most of the time their systems work okay. But, from a regular perspective... they need help. If you want to read more about various casinos, etc, check out http://www.vegasmessageboard.com

Has anyone actually made use of their mlife benefits on a cruise yet? I would be interested to hear their experiences with all the "perks"!

Especially priority boarding, coupon books and the specialty dinner!

We are on a March 17th sailing. I called RCCL about another matter and asked them to mark my account as being a Gold MGM card holder. The rep said no problems. I will let you know if that is the case!

Hope so, would love to have a few freebies! (or at least get something from all my play in the casinos!)

  • 2 months later...

Great question! We'll be at the Mandalay Bay in less than 3 weeks and are Emerald C&A members, what do we have to bring to the Mlife desk? and does it matter if we sign up after checkin or would we be missing out on something? Right now we have a reservation but do not belong to Mlife at all. Not sure if having Mlife would "help" our reservation in any way.

Thanks for the help!

So both Emerald & Diamond get the MGM Gold card, correct? They did not know about this at the Mirage M Life players club. What do we bring to prove Royal status??
