I searched for this as I know it has been posted, but couldn't find on either this forum or RCI's web site. I would prefer to pay my points toward two cruises on the phone rather than online.

Please report back if they let you redeem points by phone. I was under the impression that it was not possible anymore, once they implemented the redemption website.

I called the other day just to have them lock in a price for an upgrade and the rep wanted my credit card number as he thought I was redeeming it then and there so I guess you can still do that.

 

I did not have my card handy at that moment to do it so I told him I was goiing to redeem them on the website.
