Islander500 Posted August 18, 2013 #156 Share Posted August 18, 2013 Had both lobster and escargot in Silhouette's MDR in late July sailing. We were in Select and had great waiters each night. Our waiter asked if we wanted another when he served the lobsters, but they were larger than any others we'd ever had. Only my DD asked for and received a 2nd one. And the butter for dipping was served separately. For all of you with upcoming cruises, enjoy! :)

Violet La Roo Posted August 25, 2013 #175 Share Posted August 25, 2013 May I ask what is the name of the first dish in Murano group? If you mean the ball with the things sticking out of it that was just a bread selection. I think they called it a baguette. Strangest looking baguette I have ever seen but it was tasty. It was like a roll with bread sticks attached.
