Hi All

I am sure this is a dumb question but we have never embarked from a port in Europe and I want to be sure my assumptions are correct.

We will be cruising in and out of Athens in October (HAL Prinsendam). I am assuming the timing for cruise loading and departure is the same as in the US, i.e., we can get to the port at noonish, checkin and then board for our 5 Pm departure. Do we have to be onbaord 90 minutes early like in the US (do they have similar security requirements? Are there any differences in boarding at Athens vs a US port?

just want to be sure we don't screw up, thanks for any help/insights/experience.

ML
