Hopefully if you contact them via phone they will be able to help you out. My experience with that department has been AWFUL. A department whose job it is to take care of past guests can't return emails or get a correct answer.

It would be oh so nice to have a prime (sticky) thread prominately positioned so one does not have to jump

through flaming hoops and wade across moats filled with alligators to get to that information to resolve a

customer service issue !
