cutetrill Posted May 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2013 Hi guys, I've just returned from my Southbound Alaska trip on the Island Princess. I'd asked you all some questions about time lapses and I wanted to show you my results. I just used a camcorder mounted on a standard tripod set to 5 second intervals, then I actualy sped that up in post processing to 2-3x. We had glorious weather for both transit days, however we only got within 3 and a half miles of Hubbard. Still impressive though. Enjoy!

Tweedy Posted June 4, 2013 #9 Share Posted June 4, 2013 Time lapse videos are so cool. You had such great weather on your trip too. It's too bad that you only got within 3 1/2 miles but it looks like there was alot of ice. Last year when we where there, the captain of the Century got us to within a mile of the glacier. It was just stunning. Enjoyed your videos very much. Thanks for sharing.
