I have tried to understand the CC guidelines and cannot figure out why certain posts/ threads are pulled vs. locked vs. allowed to expire naturally. Others that appear to be misplaced are sometimes moved ......or not. The off topic argument seems vague and often not enforced. Realistically, what's the deal? It is becoming rather frustrating. Could someone who understands this please explain? I met a couple of people on my last cruise who no longer bother to participate although they said it was not a big deal. I guess it really is not a big deal in the scheme of things. Thanks
