tapdancemom Posted June 18, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2013 We'll be sailing to Alaska on the Oosterdam on June 30th. Wondering which nights will be formal. I want to make ressies on line for the Pinnacle Grill but not on one of the formal evenings. I called HAL but they said we wouldn't be able to find that out until we boarded. Anyone been on that ship to Alaska this spring? If so when were they? Thanks.
RedmondCruiser Posted June 18, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2013 Monday and Friday. We made reservations when we got on the ship and had no problem.
Purvis1231 Posted June 21, 2013 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2013 We did the Pinnacle Grill on the last night while in Victoria. It great, few people, great service, and the best steak ever.

They allowed people in the dining room on formal nights in jeans and sweat suits! It was a great disrespect to those of us who "dressed" for dinner
TxSandMom Posted June 28, 2013 #5 Share Posted June 28, 2013 Just got back and formal nights were Monday and Friday. They DID turn people away who were dressed in jeans; I saw that.
