Thank you. My son received an email but nothing shows up under his reservation or check in yet. From what I've read it seems like many people find it by looking at express check in or their luggage tags rather than from an email...so just wondering.

I found out about our cabin assignment online one morning. Our TA emailed us that afternoon to let us know the assignment. I received an email from HAL the next day letting us know we had received a cabin assignment. (We got our assignment three days before our cruise this latest time.)
