JustCruiseMe Posted August 18, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2013 It's not offered on Carnival (our first cruise) but I think NCL has it. Next time we'll be on NCL!! PaiGow is so much fun even for beginners.
Rochesterboatingdotcom Posted August 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 20, 2013 The only NCL ship we have seen it on was Epic. $25+ per hand.

xyzcruiser Posted August 23, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2013 In my experience, ncl will start a pai gow table if you ask and they have a qualified dealer. And then if there are players on the first night, they usuallly will automatically open one the next few nights. But it is always $25 hand. Dicenator Posted August 24, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 24, 2013 I was on the Gem in March and they had Pai Gow at $25 per hand. That was when we first got on the ship. That first evening after dinner the table was now $100 minimum. We asked the Casino Manager what was going on and he told us it was raised for a high roller. Well this guy played by himself the whole week. I guess the hell with everybody else. This guy was obnoxious and came to the craps table late in the week and was betting big. He was the type who would make nasty comments whenever anybody 7ed out. I left the table after seeing this going on. Later in the day I found out that he lost $17,000 at the craps table. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. On Pai Gow I don't think that they had the bonus bet which eliminates the fun of the game for my wife and she wouldn't have played even if the table minimum was $25. Artemus Posted August 24, 2013 #7 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Wonder why they couldn't still have $25 minimum and let him bet $100 or more.
