Booking spa services online

Has anyone ever been able to do this successfully? I have tried many times, on many bookings, varying the service and or time and it always comes back with an error message saying there are no services available for the time I selected. I even have selected any time of day as an option with out any luck. At this point I am assuming it just doesn't work which if true is pretty lame on HAL's part.

Worked fine for us anytime we tried it, which is basically every cruise. The only option that is not available is the Thermal Suite for the entire cruise. You can order through Ship Services or wait until you get on the ship.

KirkNC, my experience has been the same as yours -- no services available at the time I selected. So I have tried other times, dates, and variations on the "service" and get the same message.

Just tried again ... still works fine for us!

So it sounds like it works some of the time :(. Not sure what differentiates when it does or does not.
