I have tried many times, on many bookings, varying the service and or time and it always comes back with an error message saying there are no services available for the time I selected. I even have selected any time of day as an option with out any luck. At this point I am assuming it just doesn't work which if true is pretty lame on HAL's part. The only option that is not available is the Thermal Suite for the entire cruise. You can order through Ship Services or wait until you get on the ship.
