Also conspicuously missing are Asia, Australia, South America/Antarctic as well as trans altlantic/pacific cruises. As the previous poster said, these cruises sell out without the need for additional perks. The "problem" areas for cruise lines are Europe, the caribbean and Alaska where they have significant competition and lots of berths to fill.

Australia was offered under one of the earlier 123Go programs. Since that time the cruise price has gone up and the ship seems to be selling well. Glad I grabbed a cabin with the promo when it applied.

 

And yes, why would X offer additional incentive to routes already selling well?

Some of the Hawaii cruises are actually transpacific. Transatlantic and transpacific seem not to be included in promos. I think they are cheaper for the number of days. Of course, you still have to fly home so they are probably not cheaper in the long run for the passenger.
