Singles to get Double Points

Recommended Posts

Whoa<

If this is true (I had not heard) Then this maybe a case of too little too late for me. My next cruise although long (14 nts) is in Nov 2014. I am just Platinum and trying to make Diamond. By the time I make it it will be gone. Are they replacing it with anything? Does anyone know? Not complaining, just wondering.

Thanks

Denise

Royal has not made any announcements with regard to replacing or continuing the December event.

Sorry about these posts about the December Diamond Event. I didn't fully understand Hanibal54's original post and had no idea what this promo was. I know now and it would not have applied to me anyway. Sorry if anyone other than myself was confused by this. :o:confused:

As you were.

We have stayed in JS' and have NEVER gotten extra points for it. We are getting extra points for our upcoming cruise, as it is a GS. South South can be a lot of different places, but I'm in Cranston. I have a lot of friends down your way. Have a wonderful evening.

I sail in JS and always get double points. You WON'T get double points on a JS if it was a free visit from the upgrade fairy.

OOPs sorry missed the post where DeBlasio1 said they had called C&A and sorted it :)

So you are saying all the solo people reporting getting double points for the Sept 22nd sailing on Allure are mistaken:eek::eek: and there was quite a few of them.

OHHHHH FB is saying that and not you. I read it wrong at first.

I got double points on the Allure 9/22 as a solo cruiser. I swear I did!!!:D

Maybe I got them, too, because it was my birthday! :D

Now, the rest of y'all, hush up before me and Molly lose our points! :p

I wonder if the bird on the tree trunk got double points, too??

I love social media. I've been told on a C&A FB page : 'I just heard from a very reliable source that this is strictly rumor, no truth to it.'

Got to chuckle.

I had to hunt this down to see for myself... :D

This is one of the funniest things I have ever seen on Facebook!

How ridiculous for someone to brag they know the answer to a question for which it is only a matter of time before it's proven beyond all doubt.

I bet this guy loses a TON of money in the casino!

Awwww.... hugs for all! :-)

Seriously though... I'm thinking about leaving my March explorer cruise as a solo now... I'd save so little by sharing, and by making it for myself I'd get the extra points... hmmm...

For sure I'm not saying there is any problem with it. It's just that all I ever book initially is an interior. One time (this coming cruise:)) I was able to upgrade to a guarantee oceanview. Doubt that I'll ever see a balcony, even with my Diamond discount.

Kathy

enjoy. hope you get the upgrade.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but you do not get extra points for booking a JS...sorry.:(

I thought a JS did qualify for extra? I give up. All I know is my C&A level. When RCI changes it I guess I got enough points, nights at sea, credits, whatever it is they are doing these days.

If you are booked in a JS you get two points per night. If you are booked in a JS as a single you get three points per night.

If you continue to read further on in this thread, I had the issue resolved with C&A. Have a nice day.
