Disembarking Memphis-Can we make a morning flight?

We dock in Memphis on Sunday April 6, at 8am. Given that it is a Sunday, with hopefully no traffic, and we could possibly be first off the boat with prearranged transportation waiting, could we make a 10:45am flight departure? I have no idea how far it is from the docking point to the airport, or how large/busy the Memphis airport is on a Sunday morning.

Under normal conditions this should be no problem. The Memphis airport is less than a half hour away from the Beale Street Landing.

Thanks again Calliope. Other posters have suggested that the boat often docks well before 8am on debark days, and that I should ask the front desk to get me off early (0730hrs) and arrange for a taxi. One poster did just that, so I think I will follow his lead.

In Cincinnati we were at the airport by 8:30 am

 

We only had a short trip on the last day and arrived in CIN before midnight

Might work the same for your cruise;)

In St. Louis, where the airport was about 1/2 hour by bus from the port, we were at the airport by just before 8:30. We used the boat provided transfers which required us to be in the designated place at 7:15. Bus left about 7:45.
