Last month on Enchantment was the first time I ever saw it. I don't know what other ships, if any, are doing it.

Everyone on the dance floor is wearing wireless headphones. The headphones are on one of two different channels of music, so people are dancing (and singing) to two different tunes.

They had it on Explorer, and experienced it on Freedom.

On Freedom, the only entrance was via the "secret passage" on Deck 4. They give you the headset, which you have to return when you leave (even to use the restroom) or when the "Silent Party" portion is over. There are two DJs spinning tunes that can only be heard via the headset. You can change between DJs, or turn them off and listen to people singing along in a "silent" room.
