What is the longest!!

I was wondering how far out you have booked a cruise! I booked the one you see at the bottom about 14 months out!! WOW I kinda fill like I should have waited!!! But I can say I have wasted a lot of time looking at stuff for this cruise to make it EPIC. Its our 10th anniversary cruise.

We booked our Alaskan cruise 16 or 18 months in advance. It was such a huge wait that we had to go on an interim cruise to keep from going crazy lol

Booked my Hawaii cruise almost 18 months ahead. Spent the past year or so "bonding" with my Roll Call group and planning private shore excursions.:D The wait is almost over!

One that we booked was over 700 days out, over 23 months. I had 3 other cruises before that one, 1 of which had already been booked.

That way we get the cabin we want.

booked out July cruise in August. that was the longest. but it was too long so Im sneaking one in during December!

We booked the Grand around South America in May of 2011 for a January 2013 sailing. It was three cruises and we still had to change cabins at the end of the second one.

18 months...522 days out and I will never do that again. Too long of a wait.

We booked our next one 17 months out and started a roll call. So far, with just less than a year left, only one other couple is participating in the roll call. We are starting to wonder if we'll be able to fill up the six- and 10-person excursions we've set up. Less anxiety by far when we booked a Panama passage less than a week before sailing.

I'm guessing it would be right around a year. I've been doing a cruise a year since my my first one in 2007. I don't think I've ever had two booked at the same time.(until now, I've doing two next year!)

We wanted sail on Royal Caribbean's newest ship, the Quantum of the Seas when she puts to sea in November 2014 but had to wait till January 2015 because of time constraints. We booked her in June, in order to get the room and area of the ship we wanted, so I'd say 19 months out.

Normally, for longer cruises about a year and a half.

Once we've decided on the cruise, we go ahead and book so we can get the cabin we want. :)

23 months for the yet to be built Viking Star which is the debut cruise ship for the Viking river cruise specialist. It does seem a long time to wait but it's already selling out quickly for its maiden season!
