Parking in Seattle

Will be cruising from Seattle to Alaska in July and I am only a 4 hour drive from Seattle so I wasn't planning on flying. I have read that it is about $150 to park at the Port of Seattle for the week. Does anyone know of hotels close to downtown Seattle that allows you to park there for the week if you stay a night before the cruise? It would cost us only about $100 more to fly than to drive and park at the pier so that might be worth it if we need to. It's an hour nonstop flight home but was hoping to save some money if I could find a hotel that would let us leave the car there.

We would get a ride to our airport since it's only about 2 miles from our house. We wouldn't have to pay for parking at all if we flew. And also wouldn't have to drive the 4 hours home. It's starting to look like flying may just be easier than driving.

Which pier are you sailing from?

Pier 91 has a cheaper option than the Port parking lot ... google Smith Cove parking.

Basically Seattle parking is very pricey. Even if you fly to SeaTac, you still need to get to the pier, which means another $45-50 for a taxi. And if you do a park and fly hotel, you still need to get to the pier.

We live 35 miles from Pier 91 and park at the Smith Cove Armory parking lot. I believe it was $140 for the week this last summer.
