hazeleyez3 Posted December 4, 2013 #51 Share Posted December 4, 2013 The dress code isn't enforced - just words on a compass. There really isn't a double-standard at this point. I saw both men and women allowed in tank tops last week at dinner.
WetToes Posted December 4, 2013 #52 Share Posted December 4, 2013 What's wrong with a nice looking woman in a tank top? Haven't read where anyone said there was anything wrong with it.
WetToes Posted December 4, 2013 #53 Share Posted December 4, 2013 NOt after years of sun tanning when they have wrinkled leather skin. When I'm old and wrinkled, I'll still wear sleeveless clothing. Not gonna' suffer with sleeves in the heat of the summer. Now a bikini, ... I'll spare you that. ;)
Fat Paul Posted December 4, 2013 #54 Share Posted December 4, 2013 Paul, time for a name change? You are right but it reminds me of from where I came. I lost 80+ lbs and am managing to keep it off.

Cageycreature Posted December 4, 2013 Author #61 Share Posted December 4, 2013 For thousands of years body hair was the norm, then the safety razor was invented and the manufacturer suggested body hair was unacceptable. So now this is where we are at today.

So now this is where we are at today. Personally, I prefer to go shirtless, and braid my back hair. I also grow my nose hair very long and comb it back over my bald head like a combover....i always like to let others on the trip enjoy my grooming habits by viewing me in all public areas;)

Mykitteh Posted December 4, 2013 #66 Share Posted December 4, 2013 Exactly. There are certain differences in accepted dress about which I as a man am not complaining. I mean who wants to see George Clooney in a mini skirt? George Clooney-no Benedict Cumberbatch...very much yes :)

And some people sit in waiting rooms while their doctors are busy giving their opinions on cruise critic. As a cancer patient, I have experienced this firsthand! Mystaken Posted December 5, 2013 #73 Share Posted December 5, 2013 Friends? Maybe. I just don't understand how, if you really are a doctor, how you could be so nasty to someone you don't know?
Langley Cruisers Posted December 5, 2013 #74 Share Posted December 5, 2013 Yes. And some people sit in waiting rooms while their doctors are busy giving their opinions on cruise critic.... As a cancer patient, I have experienced this firsthand! I'm a cancer patient also and I have discovered the thing to do is to give grace, and to receive grace. It's a difficult time for us but personally, I find reading and dreaming about cruising is helping me through this horrendous time. I'm looking forward to Christmas. Heck, I'm looking forward to dinner! LOL Hang in there, sweetheart. :) God bless you.
