Sailing out of Miami in Feb and wondering where would be the best spot to see some dolphins during sail away? thanks.

So sorry - that was in reponse to the comment "At the stadium" (The Miami Dolphins football team... the season will be over, so I was kidding about that.)

 

As for seeing dolphins as you sail away, I'm not really sure if there is any specifically better spot on a ship. Guaranteed if I were on the boat, you'd see them on the other side than I was standing on - LOL!

Be up near the front of the ship. If they are around, they will be in the bow wake. I've seen them there before. I got to be the first one to spot them, yelled dolphins, and it was hysterical to see hundreds of people yell where?

They are everywhere. They don't hang out in one place. They do surf of the bow of the ship but you won't be able to see those.

My experience is that it is unlikely you will see them and if you do it will be by chance.
