ISLANDCRUSO Posted December 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2013 Most cruise lines it seems send their newest ship to a new port such as Allure and Oasis and Royal Princess to FLL and NCL Epic to Miami. So why was Divina sent to Miami and not Preziosa which is the newest ship in the MSC fleet. Does anyone have any thoughts on it ?

The other cruise lines you mention are USA based so keep their newest ships at home That's what MSC are doing SIMPLES!! steph7021 Posted December 14, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 14, 2013 Right, Preziosa sails out of Venice this coming summer. Seems to me this would be the "Miami" of Italy and this is an Italian cruise line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Norwegian Cruiser 73 Posted December 14, 2013 #6 Share Posted December 14, 2013 I've cruised both ships and they are almost identical. Just different decor colours and some interior differences. Identical layout. The most notable difference is that MSC have added a waterslide and childrens waterpark on the MSC Preziosa.
sidari Posted December 14, 2013 #7 Share Posted December 14, 2013 NC73 ... Divina also has a waterslide but i do not think it is as big as the one on Preziosa.
Norwegian Cruiser 73 Posted December 14, 2013 #8 Share Posted December 14, 2013 NC73 ... Divina also has a waterslide but i do not think it is as big as the one on Preziosa. I stand corrected:D The smaller one on Divina is similar to the ones on Splendida and Fantasia.
