Ruby Princess - Bringing Wine OnBoard (ProTip?)

Princess allows two bottles of wine 750 ml per person to be brought onboard. Why take chances with checked baggage. Why take chances with anything buit wine in your carry on. Princess checks the carry on luggage once wine is detected in the x ray machines. They make you open the carry on, if all OK, they say thanks and have a nice cruise. Se, easy if you follow the rules.

Actually, it is only one bottle per person:)

beyond that one there is a corkage charge

Not only is this not the rule, to my knowledge it has never been the rule.

See post #21 above for the current rule. There is no two bottle limit. There is no one bottle limit. There is no limit at all. First bottle per person is free if consumed in your cabin. That "free" bottle ceases to be free if it is brought to a public area. All bottles beyond that first one are subject to a $15 fee regardless of where they are consumed.
