Yes and No, depends on the captain and his time constraints; he's holding it today for that bus of independent travelers

nice to here. I know if they were flying from Toronto even leaving 2 days early would not have done any good. I think they are just now clearing up the backlog.

I do not know how you could book a flight on the cruise day, although I know some cannot? I just could not...too much stress!

 

Are they now talking about more people delayed (that are refusing to leave without their luggage)?

Oh my, looks like a late sailaway again. Last week I missed it because I had to leave.:( Still, it's good for the passengers that they are waiting...

I agree. Especially if the airline was late, they may be responsible for forwarding the luggage to the next port.

I know the weather has disrupted flights.... but I fly in at least 2 days before, to avoid this kind of thing. I'd be a nervous wreck flying in the day of...

Wow, I hope those passengers appreciated what is being done for them. Mind you, HAL might very well have booked them on that flight, as they usually book "day of" if you opt for the cruise air - an awful risk to take.
