Temporary Itinerary Change for Freedom?

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hi guys. Tried the "search" function but it appears to be on the fritz.

We are thinking about a last minute trip on FOS and its showing San Juan on the itinerary instead of St. Thomas for the date we are looking at (Jan.26). Is this just for a few sailings? I saw St. Thomas back on the itinerary in March. Thanks.

It looks like they are switching that port three times this spring on the Eastern itinerary. Probably a test to see whether it sells well enough

Freedom went to San Juan a couple of times in December also. I guess they mix it up once in awhile

We were not supposed to go to San Juan, ended up there after a detour to Nassau for medevac. could not make it to St Thomas in the appropriate time frame:(

Be grateful that you are getting a "normal" time in San Juan!

On the Independence last week, our "day" in San Juan was 7 A.M. to 2 P.M.

I forgot she was doing that itinerary occasionally. I like it for a change. I prefer St. Thomas to San Juan for the beaches, but that's a good amount of time in San Juan. I've never stopped there in port for more than a few hours or too late in the afternoon to do anything.

I hope they keep that itinerary going every once in a while.

Freedom was today in St.Maarten and will be tomorrow in St.Thomas and finally on Saturday at Coco Cay, so this week she is doing the same itinerary but in reverse direction.

Oh I like that, too.

I much prefer having two sea days at the beginning than at the end. And you don't have the late arrival in St. Thomas.
