Deployment schedule: let the guessing begin!

Recommended Posts

Would love to sail one of these itineraries, however September/October is impossible for us (school term time) :(. Why can't they provide a few more sailings during the summer months .

I think they will add more in the future. Testing the waters just now I think

I m booked on Seattle to Vancouver on Jewel. Waiting on Radiance to Hawaii or might do B2B to LA

That's great. Have plenty to discuss on Indy now

We certainly will Alex! All booked and confirmed now :)

I am really pleased you have part of yours sorted too :)

Happy now. Decided to stay on and do a B2B to L.A.

Just have to do Hawaii next year and Seward to Vancouver another year.

Looks like the cruises are planned for the next few years.

Want to try a river cruise in between them as well

Did someone post on this thread about seeing Explorer on the Singapore port schedule? I've looked back but can't find it. If it was here, was there a date listed?

I never posted a schedule. I did say that if you look in the search row in the pop down menu for the Marina Bay Terminal Explorer of the Seas is the only Royal Caribbean ship that has not been to Singapore.

A B2B starting in Seattle and ending in LA isn't legal unless you switch ships or visit a port outside North America.

Wouldn't Marina Bay Terminal be too small for Explorer? I thought the only ships that went there were the Star Cruises ships, Azamara and the Princess small ships...

That's good to know. I booked it, but was also waiting on a phone call saying we couldn't

Thanks for info.

Mbscc is a new cruise terminal. Opened last year and capable of oasis class ships. Mariner and voyager are the same size as explorer. What makes you think she cant call here? :p

It may be capable of berthing oasis class ships but I dread to think how they would handle that number of people if our experience in December was anything to go by. Two ships in port - Millennium (our ship) and one other and it was absolute chaos with thousands of people waiting for port buses and cabs. And many others attempting the impossibly long walk through a massive building site. :(

You've got a point. I've had a similar experience in the past. But if oasis were to call here im sure they would come up with a new strategy to cope with frequent larger ships. I just think its a lack of effort from the ground crew.

Thanks for that. Alaska looks great

Not just Alaska, it's self-updating so a link to save:D

(Personally, I think Alaska deserves the Seward/Vancouver sailings)

Confirms Jewel also doing two Panama Canal sailings May 2 and Oct 10, 2015.

Nothing on Galveston yet:(

Seward to Vancouver is the 2016 cruise and Vancouver to Hawaii will be 2018.

Did manage to get 9256

Sorted

But everything is indicating that the penguins are going to move to the "Lone Star State"

Jewel is also doing a nice 6 day Pacific Coastal from San Diego to Vancouver. Hmmmm we need 6 points to make Diamond (after our Indy Cruise) and we live in San Diego.... Very Tempting:D

Indy and Freedom are both in Florida at least through November 2015. So, it looks like we'll be getting Liberty, no?

I'm really hoping for a 9 night itinerary out of Galveston. I shall be up at midnight March 17 looking for the new winter itineraries.
