Always items on menu

I'm sure it has been discussed somewhere here before, but I've been searching and haven't yet found it. So, I'll ask. Most cruise lines have 3 or so entrees that are always on the dinner menu. We'll be on Insignia next year and I just don't want to assume that O will have this standard menu feature as well. Do the small R ships of O have some always available items on the main dinner menus?

Yes and they are listed on the menu for MDR on the website.

Chicken, steak, salmon, vegetables,and pasta are always available.

Yes, those are the always available choices. I've heard favorable comments on the chicken and the salmon
