FOS 2nd Formal Night?

So from what I understand, they serve Lobster in the MDR on the second formal night. If i'm doing the Eastern Caribbean 7 day cruise, can you tell what night the 2nd formal night will be? I want to make some reservations but want to be sure I don't double book myself and miss the lobster.

It's usually night 6. Just off the Western on the Freedom and for whatever reason they changed it to night 5.

If you "double book" something, you'll have plenty of time to change it once you're on the ship!

Second formal night on FOS is day 6 on the eastern itinerary and day 5 on the western itinerary.

It's usually night 6. Just off the Western on the Freedom and for whatever reason they changed it to night 5.

 

On the Western it is on day 5 as it is the day in Grand Cayman and all aboard is 3:30.
