Where do I enter a coupon code?

I got an offer in the mail and I'd like to price out a couple different sailings with the offer code but I don't see where to enter it. Also seems that there might be a problem with the website (again) right now so maybe that has something to do with it?

If you sign in to the website, any promo you are eligible for should show up automatically.

This is true. There should be a clickable link in your email that takes you to Princess.com. That website will know that you clicked thru a promo email and you will see the proper pricing.

It was not email. An envelope in my mailbox on the curb in front of my house had flyers in it with promo codes.

It does not have to be an email, on the offer you received in the mail from Princess it should have your CC number above your name and address.

When you sign in it will apply all current promos when you search for fares.

You should be able to see the same offers in My Princess under dream deals.

As posted above, once you sign in to Princess the pricing from the snail-mail should appear. It will not appear for everyone, just the people included in the mailing, so it is poissible you could see that pricing but your spouse' account would not.

If booking with a Princess agent or a Travel Agent you may need to give the coupon code to get the correct pricing although the agent should see it if using your Captain's Circle number.
