Is HAL over marketing or

We don't get a lot of mail/brochures from Hal and that may be due we usually have two or three cruise booked on Dam ships.

 

On the other hand, Oceania is deluging us with brochures, full annual catalogs at a rate of a couple a week times 8 months.

 

They really want our business but are happy with our choice of cruise line.

 

So you prefer HAL to Oceania? I'm getting a ton of mail from Oceania. Not so much from HAL. We've scheduled our first HAL cruise for March 15 and really can't wait. we think HAL will be our cruise line of choice.

Let's see...for mailings HAL is about once a week, Princess about every other week, but Oceania takes the cake with about every other day...at least three times a week. We just keep saying that they must really want us.

Hal is the only cruise line we have sailed on but we are satisfied and comfortable with our decision.

I had the same problem with Carnival.

 

I logged into my account and changed my email by one letter...No more emails!!1

 

Changed my phone number to a 976 number, no more phone calls.

 

Works well!..... If I book another cruise I can change it back to be correct.
