Marina Ocean View Cabins

We are considering booking one of these cabins on the Marina for a Baltic cruise. Are there any specific cabins in this category that would be more desirable considering the tenders below and also possible noise issues from the bars and casino on Deck 6?

Unlike the case with the smaller R ships (Regatta, Nautica and Insignia), where the front-most cabin in Category E on each side (6030 and 6033) are far superior because there is no window blockage from tenders (just a narrow davit down the middle of the picture window from which hangs a small zodiac below window level), all of the tenders on Marina and Riviera are way below your floor-to-ceiling window level and do not interfere at all at any time.

 

We had one of the Ocean-View C cabins located right above Martinis on the starboard side (near the front of this category of cabins) on our Marina June 2011 Baltic cruise; I think it was 7069, and very, very noise-sensitive and motion-sensitive me only heard noise one time the entire cruise, which was the evening when a jazz combo played in Martinis in place of the usual piano. Any of these lovely cabins would be fine IMO.
