Is April 15th the day the next itineraries will be released Bluesea? If so, will Latitude members get a crack at pre-bookings before general public?

Group space booking opens April 8th for agents. Latitudes get one day to book the 15th before general booking opens.

Showing my ignorance here, or hopefully just my lack of experience, but by group bookings are you talking about TA's who will book blocks to resell to individuals or actual groups? I'm just wondering if that means that if I regularly use the same TA or consolidator, I should call them on the 8th, or give them a heads up even prior to that.

You can. We did that with the Breakaway and had our cabins the day group space opened. It depends on what dates you TA is blocking group space.

So excited that the Spirit is returning to our shores. She was our very first cruise out of NY and I can't wait to revisit her again in PC. I just hope she hasn't changed that much.

The Spirit will be in Port Canaveral and will be alternating the exact same itineraries as the Escape and Getaway. I like that because I like the Spirt, and I like leaving from PC.

I might have missed it, but I didn't see anything about Norwegian's 2015 Spain, Canary Island, Morocco sailings. This year, the Spirit is doing a mix of different length cruises out of Barcelona that encompass the Canary Islands, but I don't see anything for 2015 yet? Am I missing something or does anyone have any info?

The Spirit will still be cruising the Med in Spring 2015; I am cruising on the Spirit, April 25th on a Grand Med 12 day Cruise. Barcelona to Venice. :)

MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS - WINTER 2015/2016 ITINERARIES...

Today we announced that our newest and largest ship to date, Norwegian Escape, will homeport year-round at PortMiami, the cruise capital of the world, sailing an Eastern Caribbean itinerary.

Along with the previously announced move of Norwegian Epic sailing year-round from Barcelona, the line’s 2015/16 winter deployment includes its return to South America cruises, a larger Jewel-class ship sailing to the Mexican Riviera, as well as the addition of Port Canaveral, Florida as a seasonal homeport.

“Norwegian Escape’s arrival to Miami coincides with Norwegian Epic’s year-round Europe deployment, demonstrating the balanced approach we used to develop our winter 2015/16 deployment and ensuring that we had a varied offering of premium destinations that would be exciting to our guests,” said Kevin Sheehan, Norwegian’s chief executive officer. “Much of this deployment was designed based on feedback from our guests and travel partners, and we know they will be happy with the changes and enhancements we have made.”

Norwegian Escape

Our newest and largest ship to date, at approximately 163,000 gross tons and 4,200 passenger berths, Norwegian Escape will join the fleet in October 2015. Beginning November 14, 2015, Norwegian Escape will offer seven-day Eastern Caribbean sailings from her year-round home port of Miami cruising to Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. Thomas Vermaelens, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Nassau, Bahamas. The ship will boast all of exciting and innovative features found on Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway, plus a number of new spaces and interactive experiences that are yet to be announced.

“PortMiami looks forward to welcoming Norwegian Escape in 2015—the ship will be a fabulous addition to our fleet,” said PortMiami Director Bill Johnson. “We are thrilled that this impressive vessel will make her debut at PortMiami-- the Cruise Capital of the World—and will be the third Norwegian Cruise Line ship to homeport here year round.”

Europe

I have a question pertaining to this paragraph from the NCL press release....

What are Travel Partners? TA's? Does it mean I can call my cruise consolidator on Monday and get the info and book? Or do I have to wait until the Latitudes Reward Members date?

I suppose it would help if my question had accurate days in it.... I should have said Tuesday. But the original tone of the question still remains.... What is a Travel Partner and who can book with them on Tuesday?

Travel Partners is a TA but it is only to book groups on 4/15 not individual reservations.

TAs can book group space on the 8th and they can sell to individuals then to fill the group spaces for the cruises they block space on. Keep in mind each TA will only have a very limited number of cruises with group space.

Wondering if anyone has been able to book one of the new cruises yet thru a TA ?

TA's can book large groups now but the general public has to wait until next week, the 15th for Latitude Members, the rest of the population the 16th.

Don't everyone try to call at the same time. :p

Nassau, St.Thomas and Tortola week after week, or Ocho Rios, Cayman Cozumel week after week after week....I guess I'll have to look for another cruise line with some decent itineraries......St. Kitts, Grenada, Aruba, or even Samana, Costa Maya, Cozumel, Banana Coast etc. anything except Nassau, or Ocho Rios:mad:

Sorry you don't seem happy with the Caribbean ports, I guess it's not always a bad thing being inexperienced. Everything is new and exciting and even when we repeat a port we have so many new things to try.

It looks like you're still finding cruises that interest you though, doing a B2B2B in the Med. sounds very exciting.

Happy cruising...:)

I do agree that NCL can change where they go from one week to another.

Would love to see the following:

Saturday - Miami

Sunday - Sea day

Monday - Sea day

Tuesday - St. Thomas

Wednesday - Sea day

Thursday - Sea day

Friday - Grand Cayman

Saturday - Sea day

Sunday - Miami.

Followed by

Sunday - Miami

Monday - Sea day

Tuesday - Cozumel

Wednesday - Costa Maya/Belize/Honduras

Thursday - Costa/Belize/Honduras

Friday - Sea day

Saturday - Miami

It gives everyone a chance to experience different ports on the same ship.

Is it this one you mean? It is the official NCL press release, and it clearly states that the Spirit will be sailing out of Port Canaveral from November 21, 2015 through April 16, 2016.
