How Long for Captains Club Credits to Appear?

With our last cruise (a wonderful 5 days on the Connie) we achieved Elite status. Anyone have any experience how long it takes for the credits from a cruise to appear into a member's account?

A week, or maybe ten days at the longest, has been my experience. If you haven't seen the adjustment within two weeks, call Captain's Club.

FYI, we got off the Reflection Saturday, and my point updated on thurs or fri.

 

So in this case it was 5 or 6 days (4 or 5 business days).

We just made it to Elite with our 4 day Connie cruise too, and it took almost 2 weeks to show up on my account. I called after a week, and they said, give it two. :)

... you might want to check your booking, after your points have shown up, to be sure your future cruise recognizes your correct level.

I am still waiting for some of my points to land in my account from a cruise on Connie and I got of the ship on December 9! (I don't think they are "in the mail")

You might want to send a request through to check that. They would be on by now if everything was running normally.
