Transportation from Airport to Hotel

Hi...can anyone tell me if I will need to make transportation reservations in advance or not? There will be four adults and our mother is in a wheelchair so it would be great to have a wheelchair accessible van or a mini van that is very low to the ground so she can just slide into the seat. She cannot walk or step up or down. Is there likely to be an accessible van or low riding mini vans waiting at the airport? If we need to make reservations, can anyone recommend a transportation company? Thank you!

Specifying what airport you'll be arriving at would probably help...

 

I would probably also look at the Disabled Cruise Travel board for information.

Seriously, given your requirements, no matter what city, reservations might be a good idea.
