The Suite Life as a surprise?

Yeah, "Surprise! Weve booted you guys down to steerage!" (Just kidding.) Personally, I'd MUCH MUCH prefer having my own private cabin, regardless of location, than to share with mom/dad/inlaws. I'd think many couples would agree. I think it's a wonderful surprise.

 

It's not very clear what the surprise is. Is it that they got a cabin of their own or is it that insted of sharing a suite they get a cabin of their own?

 

If they are prepared to share a suite and get a cabin of their own, they might be happy or not.

Agreed. I don't think I could share unless it was the GV, where everyone has their own bedroom, their own bathroom, and their own balcony.

Does the 'mail thing' only happen when you book directly with NCL? I've upgraded to an aft penthouse on the Sun as a suprise for my wonderful DH, and after all the planning (and working to pay it off myself) I'd hate it to be spoiled.
